In 2012, Triad began a servicing branch to assist our customers. Customers who are experts at what they do and to help dedicate their time and resources to what they do best, we have trained technicians that replace the Kleenoil filter cartridge, take a sample, complete the sample paperwork, send the sample to the lab, add any Power Up additive if needed, inspect the systems and report to management any problems identified.
Customers’ value that they know their equipment is being serviced on a regular basis, oil samples are being taken correctly and submitted on a timely basis, allowing the owner or management to discover any problems with their equipment prior to catastrophic failures occurring and allowing for corrective actions to be taken on scheduled time not while in the middle of a job.
